By using Hale ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.

The service

Hale provides an AI-powered wellness coaching web application. The AI coach is powered by Anthropic's Claude and is intended as a general wellness tool — not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health regime.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Hale
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You may not share your account with others
One account per person

Free trial and subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access
After the trial, a subscription of £9.99/month is required for continued access
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds for partial months

Acceptable use

You may not use Hale to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
Use automated tools to generate excessive AI requests
Share, resell, or redistribute access to your account

Not medical advice

Hale is a wellness tool. Nothing the AI coach says constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or modify the service at any time.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing coach@hale.fitness.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
